What is Reading Olympics?
Every spring, the Montgomery County Reading Olympics holds its annual celebration of reading.
Throughout the school year, participating students collaborate with their teammates to read 45 titles* on the list. (*Note: Students are not required to read all 45 books; ex. if the team consists of 12 members, then each student would be responsible for at least 4 books.)

The event is held at a school in Montgomery County; transportation is provided. During the evening, every team of 8 to 12 students participates in three rounds of questioning with three teams from other school districts. Teams are never eliminated. At the end of the evening, each participating student receives a ribbon. The number of points each team scores determines the color of the ribbon.
All enthusiastic readers are invited to join in this great event which will be held on:
TBD @ Wissahickon High School
We look forward to working with the Cheltenham Reading Olympics team.
